THE BETTER DRIP
Make your AI work for you.
Bring YOUR AI. Create posts in dripLine. Review them before they go out.
dripLine is operated by Yard Socket LLC. Your own AI does the writing; dripLine receives the resulting drafts.
Connect ChatGPT during private beta
- Sign in to dripLine and open Connections → Connect your AI. Connect a supported social account first if you have not already.
- Choose ChatGPT and copy the connection address. Open ChatGPT Plugins. Choose Add → Add custom MCP server.
- Name the connection “dripLine”, paste
https://app.dripline.tech/mcp, and choose OAuth. Review the warning and create the connection. No API key or client secret is needed. - Choose Connect. Sign in on dripLine’s own page, check the requesting service and callback address, select your workspace, then choose Allow draft access.
- Finish setup in ChatGPT. Return to dripLine and select Check connection. The screen distinguishes approved access from a successfully verified AI request.
- Ask: “Create one clearly labelled test draft for my business on Bluesky in dripLine. Do not schedule or publish it.” Open Drafts to review the result.
We have verified a real ChatGPT connection and one draft saved to Yard Socket’s Bluesky account. No post was scheduled or published. A public directory installation is being prepared for review; no public approval is claimed. Your ChatGPT plan, workspace policy and available features must permit custom connections and write tools.
Connect Claude
- Open Claude → Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector.
- Name it dripLine and enter
https://app.dripline.tech/mcp. Choose OAuth sign-in. If asked for an OAuth client, choose Register automatically. - Sign in to dripLine, choose the workspace you own and allow draft access.
- Enable dripLine in the Claude conversation and ask for one clearly labelled test draft. Open dripLine Drafts and verify it arrived.
Claude’s official connector instructions. Your plan and organization policy apply.
Connect Grok
- Open Grok Connectors → New Connector → Custom.
- Enter
https://app.dripline.tech/mcpand complete OAuth sign-in on dripLine’s own page. - Choose your workspace and allow draft access, then ask Grok for one clearly labelled test draft.
- Open dripLine Drafts to verify it arrived. Nothing is scheduled or published by this test.
Grok’s official connector instructions. Organization administrators may need to enable connectors.
Another AI service
Use an AI service that supports remote MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth. Add the same server address, complete dripLine sign-in and consent, then test one draft. Each AI service needs its own compatibility check. We do not promise support for every AI or plan.
What your AI can do
Read supported connected channel names and identifiers and create text/link drafts in one workspace you own. Up to 30 posts per batch and 100 draft submissions per workspace per UTC day. Suggested dates do not schedule posts. Unsuitable captions are saved with validation warnings for correction before scheduling.
The connector cannot approve, schedule, publish, delete or edit posts, or read existing post contents, uploaded media, team data or social credentials. Photos and videos are not accepted. Google/YouTube and Pinterest channel data is excluded from the AI connector; use dripLine’s ordinary YouTube workflow instead.
Stay connected, stay in control
New connections renew automatically through rotating, one-use refresh tokens. Signing out or closing a browser does not disconnect them. Access tokens last up to 15 minutes. Reconnect after 90 days without renewal, after a maximum of one year, or after a security change.
You can disconnect one or all AI connections from dripLine Connections. Password resets through dripLine revoke access. Deleted, unconfirmed, anonymous or suspended accounts cannot use the connector. Current workspace and service permissions are checked on requests. Reusing a consumed refresh token revokes that connection.
Connections approved under the first release keep their original sign-in limit. They are not silently extended. Reconnect once in your AI service and approve the new access to use renewable authorization.
Privacy and costs
The AI service receives supported channel metadata and the content you ask it to send. Connect only services you trust and review your AI provider’s privacy and training settings. dripLine does not make an AI-generation API call in this workflow. Your provider’s charges and limits still apply, and hosting and storage resources are still used.
Drafts remain saved until you remove them or request account-data deletion. Disconnecting stops new access; it does not delete saved work. Authorization records may remain after expiry or revocation for operation and troubleshooting. For data requests, contact hello@dripline.tech. The open free beta and existing future-plan terms are unchanged.
